Application process and guidance
The application process consists of making an on-line application and submitting your CV. We are unable to accept applications not completed on-line unless there are mitigating circumstances.
Applicants are asked basic questions when applying online regarding eligibility and special requirements. For some roles we may ask additional questions regarding suitability. Making an application on-line willl generally take 20 minutes.
Successful applicants will be invited for interview. Where possible we aim to inform all applicants of the outcome of their application within two working weeks of submitting their application.
The interview process will vary according to the role but is likely to include:
- First round Interview(s): These are conducted by the with business and will include the manager of the vacancy and peers within the team. This interview will be technical in nature with view to analysing suitability and capability to perform the role.
- Second round interview: Only successful applicants for permanent roles will be required to attend a competency based interview with Human Resources. At this interview applicants are required to bring with them their passport as proof of identity and eligibility and up to two pieces of evidence proving address, e.g. utility bills.
Interviews will last approximately one hour. Candidates will be provided with an update on their status within two weeks of being interviewed.
Assessment tools may be used as part of the recruitment process for some role and candidates in client facing roles may be required to present on a subject. The recruiter will inform you of the interview process should your application be successful.
Background checks will be initiated as soon as an offer of employment is accepted and must be completed before a start date can be confirmed. This may include a criminal record bureau check, education checks, credit history check, fraud database check and references. For certain roles additional compliance checks will be required prior to the start date.
As part of your preparations for interview we advise that you plan your journey in advance, read the role profile, read our company information on our web site, consider how your skills and experiences best meet those specified on the role profile, and check your CV for any inaccuracies as you may be asked to verify CV details in the interview.
